Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Huanyi, an AI-powered virtual try-on web application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. The Service

Huanyi lets you upload a photo of yourself and an image of a garment or accessory to generate a static preview of how the item may look on you. Results are for personal shopping reference only.

We do not guarantee fit, size, color accuracy, fabric behavior, or likeness to a real-world try-on. Generated images are illustrative and may contain imperfections.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You may use limited features as a guest. Creating an account gives you additional free try-ons and saved history.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or use another person's photo without permission.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Creem, our payment processor. Pricing and included try-ons are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through the customer portal; access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes apply to future billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes uploading content that violates our Content Policy, attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse engineering the Service, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the Service.

6. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including AI generation, storage, and content moderation).

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content, including consent from any person depicted in a photo.

We do not use your uploaded images to train third-party or proprietary AI models unless we explicitly tell you otherwise and obtain your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Huanyi and its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@huanyi.app with sufficient detail for us to review your notice.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that generated images will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huanyi and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account from the Account page.

We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account with notice where reasonable, or immediately for serious violations or legal requirements.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
