Content Policy

1. Purpose

Huanyi is a virtual try-on tool for lawful, personal shopping reference. This Content Policy describes what you may and may not upload or generate using the Service.

2. Allowed Content

You may upload content that:

• Shows yourself (or a person who has given you clear permission) for try-on purposes.
• Shows clothing, accessories, or fashion items you want to preview.
• Complies with applicable law and does not infringe others' rights.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, attempt to generate, or distribute content that includes:

• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or suggestive content involving adults or minors.
• Images of minors (anyone under 18), including try-on requests involving children.
• Non-consensual images of real people, including deepfake or impersonation attempts.
• Violence, gore, hate symbols, harassment, or threats.
• Copyrighted or trademarked images you do not have rights to use (for example, brand campaign assets or photographer-owned images used without permission).
• Malware, spam, or attempts to probe or disrupt the Service.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated and manual review to detect policy violations, including third-party content moderation services.

We may block uploads, reject generation requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or report activity to authorities where required.

If your content is rejected, you may not be charged a try-on credit for that failed request.

5. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining any required permissions.

Do not upload sensitive personal documents, government IDs, or private information unrelated to try-on.

6. Reporting Violations

To report abuse, copyright concerns, or other violations, email support@huanyi.app with relevant URLs, timestamps, and a description of the issue.

7. Changes

We may update this Content Policy as our Service and legal obligations evolve. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
